Recent Happenings in Kolkata

Even after the tragic incident of Arms being crushed in public transport there are two issues. a) Negligent driving of bus drivers which has been highlighted and is a serious issue which needs to be tackled on a war footing. b) The passengers sitting in the window seat with their arms protuding. This issue has been highlighted by some radio channels and The telegraph. My contention is that there should be stiff penalties for reckless driving for drivers forget about their unionisation. It is high time for the government to act decisively forgetting the political affiliation. For enough is enough and we kolkatans have the right to live in peace. Secondly passengers sitting with their arms protuding should be fined for every violation and this menace should stop. Why it is that we still see passengers sitting with arms protuding.
